Gold Level Giving is our schoolwide, Olympic-themed donation drive where students compete by house to support families in our community. From February 9–20, students can earn points for their house by donating needed items—every contribution helps us work toward the podium while making a real impact locally.

How the House Competition Works

Students earn points for their house by bringing in donated items during the drive. Each item is assigned a point value from 1–5 based on need. Throughout the event, houses will compete for Gold, Silver, and Bronze standings.

The house that earns Gold will celebrate with a Winter Olympic Games party, complete with gold medals, at their next house meeting.

Parent Teacher Conferences count!
Donations brought by families during Parent Teacher Conferences will be added to their child’s house score.

Where Donations Go

All donations support students and families right here in our school district through the Jordan District Principal’s Pantry, which provides food and basic necessities to those experiencing food insecurity or hardship.

We are collecting non-perishable food items for district-approved dinner packs that help families prepare complete meals at home. Examples include canned vegetables, spaghetti noodles, and canned meats.

We are also collecting winter essentials, including hats, gloves, and socks, to help keep students warm during the winter months.

See below for a full list of requested items and their point values.
